THE BIRCH HOTEL has Two rooms licensed for Civil Marriage and Partnership ceremonies and Three rooms suitable for wedding Receptions , Family Celebrations , Society / Association Dinner Dances or Corporate events . All beautifully furnished and offering a variety of sizes to suit a private reception from 20 guests up to 100 for a formal sit down reception. If a Buffet reception is required the room capacities do increase, please ask for details .
THE BRIDGE ROOM : Catering for a seated reception from 20 - 30 guests, an ornate Room traditionally furnished with views over our small garden. Licensed for ceremonies for up to 45 persons .
THE SUSSEX SUITE: An elegant room with a hand carved fire place and large bay window overlooking the lawn. Ideal for receptions for up to 50 guests. Licensed for cermonies for up to 60 persons . A portable dance floor can be installed , and a Bar can be set up in the adjacent Oval room
THE PAVILION RESTAURANT : This is the largest of our Banqueting rooms and a portable dance floor can be installed . The room is air conditioned and has its own Bar facility with in the room . This room is ideal for receptions from 50 - 100 guests. The room benefits from having an outside courtyard area .
