The Pavilion Restaurant - offers a wide range of different dining options . The Dinner Menu is available Monday - Saturday 7.00 p.m. - 9.30 p.m. On some Saturdays the restaurant is used for private functions , booking for non residents is essential . On some Fridays or Saturdays the hotel holds a Diary of Event Function open to non residents , but booking in advance is required , events such as Themed Disco dance , Tribute act Evening or A Murder Mystery see side page for further information .
