The Brasserie and Bar at the Birch Hotel, offers our Guests or Non Residents an Informal dining experience, with Full bar Facilities . The Brasserie and Bar are open 11.00am - 2.00pm and 6.00pm - 11.00pm . Food is served from 12.30pm - 2.00pm and 6.00pm - 9.30pm .
